a little about me

Ericca Rose is an actress from Tempe, AZ. She has earned her BM in Music Theatre from Arizona State University. Immediately following her Bachelor's, she went on to study at Carthage College and earned her MM in Music Theatre Vocal Pedagogy at age 24. Now, you can find Ericca commanding the stage whether it be in musicals, plays, or cabarets. Ericca has always been a very passionate artist. She prides herself as a singing actress, always devoted to storytelling. She is a strong mover who can pick up choreography. She dabbles in playwriting, directing, teaches private lessons, and even writes her own songs. No matter how you see Ericca working theatre magic, she hopes that you can feel her passion for this art form.

Acting Background

Ericca started acting as a child doing community theatre in the Phoenix area. She fell in love with the competitive aspect of auditioning and performing. In high school, she started playing primary characters in musicals and plays. This fueled her passion even more and she decided to continue her training through higher education. Now, she has experience performing collegiately and professionally. She has played sweet, innocent, and bubbly characters as well as seductive, sassy, and serious characters, proving her versatility. She also has experience performing in operas and operettas. She's performed in several languages which include:

Directing background

Ericca Rose has been directing plays and musicals since she was 16 years old. It started out as a passion project for one of her high school classes. She, along with a friend wrote, composed, and directed an entire musical from stratch. Later, at age 19 was hired at Childsplay AZ, one of the leading professional children's theatre in the USA. She worked as a teaching artist and also was their first private lesson instructor. Some children shows she has directed include:
